Ordering online and picking your order up at the store allows for a more efficient way of business! Place an order anytime and drop by during store hours. If you order before 4:00 PM, you can stop by on the same day. We will notify you if we are out of stock for any of the products you ordered.

Your return or exchange item must meet the conditions below.

For hair extensions and wigs: Item(s) must be in new condition – unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with original package binding and tags. Basically, if you don't remove the product from its original packaging in any way and wear it, you should be fine!
Item(s) cannot be opened or used in any way.
Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 14 days after your order has purchased.
